Return and Cancellation Policy

At Forge Spectrum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, especially our custom-made and limited-edition items, we have a specific return and cancellation policy to ensure that you have a smooth and informed shopping experience.

1. Returns

  • Custom and Handcrafted Products: As many of our products are made to order, including custom designs and handcrafted pieces, we do not accept returns on these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
  • Non-Custom Items: For non-custom products (if applicable), returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resale condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

2. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders (such as personalized items) cannot be canceled once production has begun, as these are specifically tailored to your request.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned product (if applicable), and it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
  • If you were issued a refund due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges for purchased items. If you need to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

6. How to Request a Return or Cancellation

  • To initiate a return, cancellation, or report a defective/damaged product, please contact us at support@forgespectrum.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
